Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which served as a perfect haven after a long day of exploring. The service was top-notch, with staff that really catered to my needs, especially during a weather crisis. However, I did notice a few downsides, like some cleanliness issues in my room and a somewhat lackluster view. Overall, it’s a great affordable option in the heart of the Old Quarter with some charming details, but it could use a little more attention to the room maintenance.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with fantastic service and a charming atmosphere. The staff, especially Lucy, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location in the Old Quarter was very convenient, but the standard rooms were quite small, which made it a bit challenging for our family. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and cozy ambiance, despite the room size being less than ideal for families.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel located in the heart of the Old Quarter. The rooms were generally comfortable, although a bit small and dark for my taste. The staff really did their best to be helpful and friendly, which made my experience enjoyable. While the breakfast offered a good variety, some aspects could be improved, particularly the shower and bed comfort. Overall, it's a good spot for exploring Hanoi, but there are a few areas for improvement.
Our stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The room we had was spacious and featured a lovely claw-footed bathtub, which I absolutely loved! Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. However, the breakfast options were fairly simple, and the location, while central, was a bit chaotic and noisy at times.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location in the Old Quarter is fantastic, making it easy to explore the local area. While the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, the rooms left much to be desired, particularly the lack of windows and some noise issues. On a positive note, the dining options were decent and the overall value for money was reasonable, especially for the service provided.
