Fantastic City Stay
helpful staff spacious room vegan pho
The staff was very helpful with directions and local recommendations. The rooms are spacious, and the beds offer a comfortable sleep. The breakfast had great choices (the vegan pho was delicious!).
The walls seemed thin, as there was some noise from the hallway.

The reception staff provided clear explanations about city attractions upon arrival. The team gave exact times for train street visits, offering tailored advice. The staff's English was excellent, removing any communication barriers.

The hotel is centrally based, and many attractions are within walking distance. It is in a quiet street but very close to sites. The night market opened just around the corner on weekends (a lively experience!).

clean room helpful staff good location low quality massage blocked window missing shower
the room was very clean. the hotel was close to everything! the staff was helpful in everything.
The massage i got was of low quality. the first room i got had windows blocked by the building next door so there was no natural light at all. also it did not have a shower. There was only a bath tub.
